Empleamos un aproximado
de 100 personas permanentes alrededor del mundo, y aproximadamente 50
personas para trabajos específicos de distintas temporadas y/o
proyectos. . Nuestra relación es informal, orientada al trabajo
en equipo y a resultados. Sumados a este personal, recibimos apoyo de
unos 100 voluntarios para nuestros programas de Educación Ambiental.
El personal de Fondo
Peregrino-Panamá esta compuesto por 26 personas. La organización
es dirigida por una
Junta Directiva
activa y multi-nacional de aproximadamente 35
miembros.
La
Junta de Benefactores
se creó en Panamá en el año 2006 con un
selecto grupo de empresarios, diplomáticos, personas independientes y
miembros de organizaciones del Estado, con la finalidad de dar apoyo
adicional a los esfuerzos de conservación de rapaces en Panamá y el
Neotrópico.
